Our team will investigate the complaint and try to resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction.

We will try to respond within 14 business days upon receiving your complaint. However, please be aware that some complaints may take more time to process and investigate than others.

Since 15 february 2016 it is possible for consumers within the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commision. You can find this ODR platform on http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If the complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit the complaint via the European Union platform.
